This role involves diagnosing technical problems, guiding users through solutions, escalating unresolved issues, and maintaining detailed logs.
Requisitos: Requirements: A degree in Computer Science, or studies related to Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, with specific experience supporting laptops and Microsoft 365 applications. Microsoft 365 certification or equivalent training is highly desirable.
