Descripcion: Tier 1 technicians are expected to work within defined processes, prioritize tasks, and meet established service levels (SLAs/SLOs). This role also involves participating in on-call rotations and supporting customer training sessions when necessary. The focus is on providing high-quality, efficient service while learning and growing into more advanced technical roles. This role involves diagnosing technical problems, guiding users through solutions, escalating unresolved issues, and maintaining detailed logs.
Requisitos: Requirements: Basic understanding of networking principles or relevant certifications. Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is beneficial. Familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience. Associate preferred – Computer Science, Networking, Information Technology, or Electronics/Engineering focus. 1-3 years of working knowledge of Data networking and customer support in Tier II or Tier III.
